Travel documents

At the check-in counter, you will be required to present an identity document (national identity card or valid passport) and your electronic ticket.

Ensuring the validity of travel documents at the time of travel and completing travel formalities is entirely the responsibility of the passenger.

Validity of identity documents

The validity of a national identity document varies from one country to another: the Malagasy national identity card has a validity period of twenty (20) years, the French one of fifteen (15).

You are invited to inform yourself with the relevant authorities of your country to establish the validity period of your national identity card.

For a passport to be valid, its date of expiry must be at least six (6) months away from its date of presentation.

What is an electronic ticket?

An electronic ticket is a paperless travel ticket that can be reissued at any time. It links back to a reservation reference. It is nominative and non-transferable.

It mainly sets forth the details of flights, fares and rules, free baggage allowances, additional services included in the fares, and legal terms and regulations governing air carriage.

You are invited to read the general conditions of sale and carriage.
