TSARADIA currently receives a high number of requests in the face of the constant evolution of the health situation in Madagascar. Our processing times can range from thirty to one hundred and twenty days (120) from the date of receipt of your request. Our teams are fully mobilized to reimburse you as soon as possible. However, you can make a handwritten request to choose the refund method that is right for you. Refunds will be made by cheque or in cash at TSARADIA branches for payments via Mobile money (Orange money, MVola). For payments by Visa or Mastercard, refunds will be made by bank transfer.
Supporting documents that can identify the refund applicant will be required to finalize the refund. (Scanned handwritten letter, identity card or passport, RIB for bank transfer refunds.).
